Adult Ballet

Body Conditioning
Toning and strengthening using bands, fitballs, weights and anything else the instructor fancies! Simple aerobics included.

Body Pump
Upbeat weight training with rhythm using a bar and weights.

Cross Training Circuits
Cardio vascular and resistance training intervals for men and women looking for a serious total body workout.

Intro to Gymnastics 4-7yrs
Suppleness, strength and stamina work to prepare budding gymnasts for the British Gymnastics Proficiency awards. 45 mins duration.


No Frills Fat Burner Workout
Easy on the brain aerobics and/or step combined with total body conditioning to get rid of those wobbly bits! Suitable for all abilities.

Post Natal Workout
Easy low impact aerobics, body conditioning and pilates based moves to flatten and strengthen that post baby belly.

Spin
Indoor studio cycling for fast aerobic fitness and high calorie expenditure.

Step
Choreographed aerobic workout using a step. Includes toning and abdominal work.

Yoga, Stretch and Pilates Conditioning
Relaxing, uplifting but challenging class to improve flexibility, posture and strength in the abdominals, back and legs. Includes both yoga and pilates moves. Classes last 75 mins.

Yoga Kids 5-12yrs
Fun classes to improve flexibility, breathing and body awareness. Relaxation and concentration techniques included.
