If like myself, you love the camaraderie and motivation of exercise classes you’ll be disappointed with what’s currently on offer. I created fitness fusion after becoming disillusioned with paying for health club membership fees that I hardly used due to family and work commitments. I think my average cost per visit was £40 which clearly isn’t value for money!

The concept is simple:

• a wide selection of studio classes under one roof (probably the widest in Yorkshire)
• no joining or membership fees
• no monthly payments or contract terms

There's a class for everyone whether you are 3 or 103!

Fitness Fusion is now comprised of an experienced small group of instructors who run classes as their own businesses including Joze School of Dance. All instructors are highly qualified, insured and are passionate about helping you achieve your goals.
